Not everything is black and white, perhaps with the exception of MRI. Aside from the artificial colours that can be added by computer, MRI is a technique of contrasts and greyscales. However, that could all change soon thanks to the ongoing development of microscopic magnetic particles by researchers in the US who hope to bring a little colour to MRI. [July 1, 2008]

MRI scans and mastectomy MRI scans and mastectomy 
MRI breast scans are associated with more mastectomies. That is the conclusion from a study by Mayo Clinic researchers in the USA. They have found that after an earlier, seven-year decline, there has been a sharp rise in the number of whole-breast mastectomies. [June 1, 2008]
