Laboratories that handle environmental applications face many complex analysis and business challenges. These may include managing the sample workload to ensure the lab. keeps operating efficiently; scheduling mission critical analyses, especially when key instruments suffer downtime; sourcing supplies to keep your instrumentation fully operational and ensuring your results meet or exceed the QC and performance requirements of your internal and/or external regulatory methods.

In this session, we’ll focus on analysis of environmental water and soil samples to illustrate how some innovative Agilent supplies can help you achieve better performance, improve productivity and simplify analysis workflows - regardless of the instrument you’re using.

We’ll illustrate the advantages by comparing performance indicators such as Limits of Detection, linear dynamic range, short and long term stability, and recoveries for a range of CRMs and real samples.

What you will learn:

  • Learn about innovative sample handling approaches that can help you improve performance and productivity
  • Establish how these new sample handling approaches can also help you reduce sample preparation ‘overheads’
  • How you can reduce your administration costs and purchasing delays

Who should attend:

  • Lab managers
  • Lab technicians
  • Analytical scientists
  • Anyone working with environmental samples or looking for ways to improve productivity in their spectroscopy instrument
