Thermo Fisher Scientific in collaboration with leading laboratories in a variety of industries has developed rapid and non-destructive screening applications for elemental characterization of difficult, unknown and/or limited samples using complementary analysis techniques. Several industrial examples of elemental rapid screening will be discussed including full periodic table quantification from Beryllium to Uranium of totally unknown samples requiring no calibration standards.
