Pharmaceutical Product Development, a US contract research organization (CRO), has appointed Jon Denissen as its new vice president of good manufacturing practices (GMP) laboratories. Denissen has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO industries; he will be based at PPD’s GMP lab facility in Middleton, Wisconsin.

'Jon’s experience includes successfully leading scientific teams and building effective client relationships that facilitate research collaboration,' said David Johnston, executive vice president of global laboratory services for PPD. 'Our GMP laboratories provide fully integrated laboratory services for all phases of drug development, and Jon’s leadership will help drive PPD’s client-centric, quality-focused culture.'
