ABSTRACT

A liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the quantification of KR‐69232, a diacyltransferase 1 inhibitor, in rat plasma. KR‐69232 in the concentration range of 0.004–4 µg/mL was linear. The intra‐and inter‐day precision and accuracy were acceptable (<20%). KR‐69232 was stable under various storage and handling conditions. The method was applied successfully in a pharmacokinetic study of KR‐69232 in rats. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
