Hiden Analytical extends SIMS range

Hiden Analytical has extended its SIMS instruments range to provide three options for different budgets. They include:

• The MAXIM mass spectrometer which can operate in secondary ion (SIMS) and secondary neutral (SNMS) modes

• The Foundation SIMS system

• The SIMS Workstation, which has higher throughput than the Foundation system
  

All of the systems can be extended to the top specification. In addition, the systems can be automated with the MASsoft Professional SIMS PC data system which fully controls the mass spectrmeter and displays the data in real time.
