The next meeting in the ProteomeMMX series will take place on 25-27 March 2014 in Chester, UK. As in previous incarnations of this meeting, the main theme will be "Strictly Quantitative." It has been described as "small, friendly and very focussed on challenges and solutions that define the quest to make proteomics quantitative" and early registration is recommended due to limited capacity.

The meeting will be preceded by a course run by The Biochemical Society on quantitative proteomics which is designed to provide a high level of awareness of the issues and problems inherent in quantitative proteomics, with a view to enabling its attendees to understand the jargon before they take part in the subsequent meeting.
