The Journal of Magnetic Resonance has published a series of papers over the years which have been afforded the status of "Landmark Articles." In recognition of these, the journal publisher, Elsevier Publishing, has produced a series of videos in which the authors of some of these papers talk about their work and the basis behind it.
The set of 17 videos can be seen on youtube, ranging from 2-12 minutes in length. The original papers were published from 1975-2005 and include one by Richard Ernst, winner of the 1991 Nobel Prize for Chemistry.
