PIXELTEQ has introduced its new SpectroCam™ SWIR multispectral camera that offers multi-band, short-wave infrared (SWIR) imaging that improves contrast with real-time, pseudo-colour visualisation for a variety of remote sensing, intelligence, biomedical, industrial sorting and authentication applications.
The latest addition to PIXELTEQ’s family of multispectral sensors and cameras, the SpectroCam SWIR camera delivers data-rich imaging of up to 6 application-specific spectral bands across short-wave infrared (SWIR), near infrared (NIR), and visible wavelengths. Standard and custom interchangeable filters are used to capture full-frame resolution images at up to 30 frames per second.
“Being able to get live false-colour SWIR images at this speed is a powerful tool for many applications,” states Marco Snikkers, marketing & sales director of PIXELTEQ. “It is exciting to see how our clients are improving safety, health, and productivity using SpectroCam’s imaging of narrow-band SWIR and visible wavelengths.”
