Optofluidics’ NanoTweezer system enables reversible, nanomanipulation and trapping of individual cells, viruses, nucleic acids, metal nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes and some proteins at the flip of a switch.

Optofluidics is a biotechnology company based in Philadelphia, PA that services the biomedical, nanotechnology and pharmaceutical research instrumentation market. Optofluidics was named Philadelphia Life Science Startup of the 2012 by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
