This presentation will address the use and best practices of Poroshell 120 Chiral stationary phases with regards to screening and optimization of chiral HPLC methods using Poroshell 120 Chiral columns. Stationary phases, solvent strength and buffers types will be discussed. Automating mass spectrometry based glycan identification and quantitation using SimGlycan software
