Chemical Abstracts Service is to publish details of the chemical reactions from two journals of the Thieme Publishing Group in order to increase access for chemists worldwide. The experimental procedures from hundreds of thousands of chemical reactions in SYNLETT and SYNTHESIS will be extracted for incorporation into the SciFinder®, the CAS vehicle for substances, reactions and references.

Although no specific timescale has been announced, the transferred information will be available soon.
