Increased Selectivity, Analytical Precision, and Throughput in Targeted Proteomics
Date: Oct 12, 2010 - 15:00
Professor Bruno Domon, along with collaborators at Thermo Fisher Scientific, have developed a new data acquisition paradigm, called intelligent Selected Reaction Monitoring (iSRM), in which data acquisition is optimized and SRM is performed to simultaneously quantify and confirm the identity of the targeted peptides. In this presentation, Professor Domon will describe the concept of iSRM and the workflow associated with it.
Proteomics Delivers on its Promise: Using Innovative Mass Spectrometry to Pave the Way for Multi-protein Biomarker Verification
Date: Jun 15, 2010 - 15:00
The primary goal of this presentation is to highlight a workflow for the integration of unbiased biomarker discovery with hypothesis-driven, targeted assay development in a seamless manner.
Configurable Quantitative Mass Spectrometry Assays for Elucidation of Cancer Biology and Patient Assessment
Date: Apr 13, 2010 - 15:00
This webinar explores the development of targeted protein assays based on existing knowledge and research. It also focuses on translation of methods from preliminary screens performed on cell lines to assays for patient specimens.
Targeted protein/peptide quantification using Pinpoint software and intelligent SRM on the TSQ triple quadrupole mass spectrometers
Date: Nov 17, 2009 - 15:00
In this webinar, we demonstrate the complete targeted protein quantification workflow step-by-step: building SRM tables, data acquisition and processing methods, followed by automated results verification, and finally method refinement.
SYNAPT(TM) G2 HDMS The "Game-Changing" Research Platform for System-Wide Proteome Analysis
Date: Oct 21, 2009 - 15:00
Learn how the SYNAPT G2 HDMS system can bring a totally new dimension of analytical performance to proteomics.
