thumbnail image: Reading the tea leaves quality markers for green tea

Green tea has well-reported health benefits, but the compounds responsible for these effects are still not fully understood. This study used a combination of chromatography and chemometrics to identify the two most important compounds in Brazilian green tea samples, which could be used as quality markers.

Existing UV data of carbon compounds in the solar system have been compiled to review trends in UV spectral behavior.

An online NMR / X-ray Structure Pair Data Repository has been developed to provide experimental structures for at least one representative of each of hundreds of targeted protein domain families.
